We believe in transparency. Here's everything you need to know about how OfficeTwo works — from hiring and support to compliance and day-to-day operations.

About OfficeTwo

We don't just find candidates. We provide physical office space, workplace culture, tech setup, onboarding support, and ongoing management—creating a real extension of your U.S. office.

OfficeTwo helps you build a true back office team that can solve complex problems and manage high-responsibility roles—far beyond what typical remote "virtual assistants" can offer.

Absolutely. Buenos Aires has a highly educated talent pool of over 15 million people. With your U.S. budget, you can often hire top-tier candidates in Argentina instead of settling for lower-quality applicants locally.

The U.S. has great talent, but most top candidates are hired by large firms at salaries small businesses can't afford. In Argentina, where the cost of living is lower, small businesses can compete for elite talent and build strong, reliable teams.

Yes. OfficeTwo specializes in sourcing talent capable of mid- and upper-level roles like Project Managers, Sales Managers, and more—not just basic administrative tasks.

We specialize in a wide range of roles—from administrative support and customer service to project management, operations, sales support, finance, marketing, and more.

Hiring Process

We source a large candidate pool, apply multiple screening filters, and present you with 2–4 top finalists. You conduct the final interviews and make the hiring decision.

We combine personality testing (Culture Index), intelligence testing (UCAT), resume and experience reviews, and cultural fit interviews to ensure we find the right people for your organization.

Typically, the hiring process takes 4–6 weeks from kickoff to your employee's start date, depending on the complexity of the role and your interview availability.

No, there's no minimum contract. However, we recommend planning for a long-term relationship to get the full value of building and growing your team. OfficeTwo uses a simple pricing model—a flat monthly fee that begins once you hire your first employee.

Ongoing Support and Work Model

We provide office space, premium hardware, high-speed internet, onboarding support, fully managed payroll and local compliance, IT and software assistance, and a strong in-office culture that boosts retention and performance.

If an employee leaves, OfficeTwo will help you find and onboard a replacement quickly, minimizing disruption to your business. We stay involved throughout the entire life of your team.

You can hire a single employee or scale up as needed. Many companies start with one or two hires and grow their teams over time.

Yes — we provide all essential hardware for your team members, including high-performance laptops, iPhones, and accessories. If your company uses Apple devices, we'll equip your employee with a MacBook and iPhone. If you use a Windows-based tech stack, we'll provide a professional-grade Windows laptop instead. Everything is set up, connected to high-speed internet, and ready to go from day one — so your team can hit the ground running.

Office Environment and Logistics

In-person collaboration improves problem-solving, accelerates training, and builds a team culture—delivering results similar to having a second U.S. office.

Most companies offer a hybrid schedule, with employees splitting time between office and remote work. You set the office attendance expectations.

Employees work exclusively for your company, but OfficeTwo handles everything behind the scenes. You decide how much to pay your team member — we'll advise on local market rates, but the final salary is up to you. You then pay OfficeTwo a single monthly invoice that includes the employee's compensation plus our flat service fee. We manage sourcing, onboarding, payroll, and local compliance on your behalf, whether the worker is engaged as a contractor or through an Employer of Record like Deel. We also supply all necessary hardware — including high-performance laptops, iPhones, and accessories — so your team is fully equipped from day one. This gives you full control over compensation and employment structure, while keeping everything compliant, efficient, and hassle-free.

Buenos Aires is just 1–2 hours ahead of Eastern Time depending on the season, and only a few hours ahead of Pacific Time. This allows for full overlap with U.S. business hours, making communication and collaboration seamless.

English is widely taught in Argentina, especially in Buenos Aires. We specifically screen for strong English skills during our hiring process to ensure clear communication with your U.S. team.

No, you do not need to set up a local entity. OfficeTwo handles the complexities on the ground, allowing you to hire talent seamlessly without the need for local incorporation.
